What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Personal data is collected by ProductStrategen for several purposes. These are explained below.
Analytics
The website of ProductStrategen collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Matomo. This data is anonymous and is therefore not tied to your personal data. Think of information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit.
ProductStrategen will only share the obtained information with third parties when we are legally obliged to do so. We will not use the information obtained for other services. The collected information is stored on European servers.
Receivers
The data received and processed by ProductStrategen is managed by:
123 web host
The email from ProductStrategen is hosted by 123-webhost. If you contact us via the forms or via e-mail, those e-mails will be stored on the 123-webhost servers.
The website and website backups are hosted by 123-webhost. Data that you leave on the website of ProductStrategen is stored on the servers of 123-webhost.
Storage period
Your data will be stored for a longer period of time by ProductStrategen, but never longer than is necessary for carrying out activities, unless we are required to keep your data longer by law.
Contact
The moment you contact ProductStrategen via e-mail, the data that you send, such as your name, company name and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. These mails are stored up to two years.
Analytics
The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored within Matomo analytics for an indefinite period of time.
Security
No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.
The personal data managed by ProductStrategen or by the aforementioned third parties are only accessible via the above software and are protected with a password and where possible with two-step verification.
With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to ProductStrategen. This code must be used during the login process.
The devices that open your data are also each locked with a password and / or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the required devices.
In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the website of ProductStrategen is private. You can recognize this protection by the green lock before the URL.
Your rights
Right of access
You always have the right to request your data, which will be recorded and saved at ProductStrategen. You can do this by sending an e-mail or by calling ProductStrategen. You will then receive an overview of your data.
Right to rectification
Is your information incorrect? Or have your details changed? You have the right to have this rectified by ProductStrategen.
Right to transfer
If you need the data stored at ProductStrategen in case you switch to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. Hereby ProductStrategen must transfer all your data to the other party.
Right to delete data
Do you no longer want your data to be registered with ProductStrategen? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.
Right to submit a complaint
You have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you think that ProductStrategen does not handle your data correctly. This is possible via this link.
Right to stop data use (objection)
Do you not want ProductStrategen to use your data? Then you have the right to stop using your personal data.
Right to delete data
Do you no longer want your data to be registered with ProductStrategen? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.
The use of these rights can be done via privacy@ProductStrategen.nl with a copy of ID-proof in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID number and social security number are made illegible. The aim is to respond within a week.
Duties
ProductStrategen processes personal data on the grounds of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. Think of offering services or products from ProductStrategen via e-mail. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
The data that are required to deliver are the minimum data required for offering the services or products. If this mandatory information is not supplied, ProductStrategen cannot offer the service in question.
If it is necessary to share data that you have shared with ProductStrategen with others than the above-mentioned parties, your permission will be requested first.
